Robert Pattinson has managed to successfully sidestep questions surrounding Kristen Stewart thus far.
The Cosmopolis actor, who began his publicity tour for the
new movie this week, knew it would only be a matter of time before he
had to answer something about the scandal of Kristen cheating with Rupert Sanders though.
Speaking in a new video interview, Robert Pattinson
managed to successfully answer a persistent interviewer's questions
about the problems in his personal life - without giving away more than
he wanted to.
The Twilight hunk was seen awkwardly grinning as the Showbiz
Tonight journalist told him his fans wants to know if he was OK, to
which he replied: "Yeah."
Naturally,
the interviewer wasn't happy to stop there, so continued by asking if
rumours that he'd been "drinking and wallowing in misery" were true, to
which Rob laughed and said he just finds it weird that people talk about
him.
He said: "Since the first Twilight you enter this realm where things are reported about you. It's weird."
At
which point, Cosmopolis director David Cronenberg stepped in, adding:
"It's avery abstract realm that doesn't really have a lot to do with
personal reality."
R-Pattz, who appeared to have a cup of tea in his hands, then
explained that "you start having a total disassociation" to all the
reports - which he claims "people make up anyway."
We're just glad to see Rob smiling again.
